Few weeks ago, CC's car started to behave abnormally as if we didn't feed her petrol. The engine refused to function at the very beginning then it works after few attempts.
But that day, when CC returned back to Camerxn Highlxnds, the car finally went into a long hour of hibernation. The car was rested at Westlake beside O. Leng's house since we drove her car to do the layout design for our mock newspaper. W Shang made a call to ask Kenny to come over to send us home. He kindly came to our rescue though it was already almost 11.30 pm.
I left my handphone in CC's car so that the car won't feel lonely.
The next day in the afternoon CC came down from Highlxnds bringing a car battery. Her father changed the battery, hoping the car will respond to the brand 'new energizer'. Unfortunately, the car was still throwing tantrum. We realized the problem might be due to the starter itself. After pulling and pushing the car and twisting of key into the hole umpteen times, the car finally worked! So we drove happily back home.
And that was the last time it worked. We thought of celebrating the resurrection of her car at PizzxHut but when trying to start the engine. That's it. The car went into a coma. At that time CC's dad has returned back to the Highlxnds. In the end, we still stubbornly celebrated its unconscious state at PizzxHut by cycling to Old Town under thunder lightning and rain.
Two days later, CC rang up the technician to take a look at the engine. It was indeed the starter's problem. He came to and fro from his workshop to our house for more than 4 times because the starter he brought couldn't fit in, because CC's car is an imported car.
No choice, the technician had to fix the starter when he find a suitable replacement, which is on the next day. Finally, the car is revived! "Vrrooom Vrroooom Vrrooom!" What a victorious and energetic 'vrrooom' I have ever heard from an old car instead of coughing and kahak-ing.
But later in the evening when we drove to attend French class, the car brake failed to function properly. =.=
CC's dad came down once again to bring the car to the workshop for body check-out so we'll see what happened.
So now, still want to know what dilemma am I facing?
Not now, right? Ah, I knew it. You cheeky little beast.
Tell you on Monday. ;)

My Wildest Dream
Prologue - Uncle Hong lives in Kxmpar with me in the first scene. The setting changed, without Uncle Hong in the story anymore, replaced by 3 new housemates.
I was contemplating on whether to return to Klxang this weekend. Uncle Hong expressed his feeling of wanting to go back. So I cycled to an Indian groceries store to buy train ticket (yes, they sell them in my dream). Upon reaching the shop, three bicyclists caught my attention as they passed by. They, too were looking at me in a strange way and cycled off as if they were running away from me.
I couldn't remember if I had bought the tickets. All I knew was by the time I reached home, I was already with CC, Ms. Ivy and S. Ming. The setting changed to an underwater medieval room somewhere in Venice. We all lived together in a tiny room. Right across our room, there lived three strangers. One looks like CC, petite girl with long hair, the other one is a tall good-looking guy and the last one - I am not sure. They are the 3 cyclists whom I've met just now.
The tall guy was frightened when he saw me. He ran out of the room and swam to the dry land (imagine waters everywhere when the door's opened). When he wanted to come up from the stairs that linked the dry land to the waters, he was halted by someone who dressed in black. He stopped.

The lady in my Childhood
CC and I were reliving our childhood memory of the ultimate Might Morphin Power Ranger (the very first season Power Ranger was introduced). Suddenly I remembered the lady I loved since I was young. She was one of the reason I watched Power Ranger in the very first place.
Remember this amazing woman? She was my love in my childhood days before I knew who Oprah was. I felt bad for forgetting her after my Power Ranger obsession.
And maybe John Galliano made the costume. That's why I love Galliano's couture collection. Yes, maybe this is why!
She is Rita Repulsa, the first villainess appeared in the show. She was released after being imprisoned 10000 years ago by Earth astronauts. She made a promise to conquer the first planet she saw. There and then, Earth was her target. Power Rangers therefore took on the responsibility to protect the Earth from her attack.
The actress who acted this role was Machiko Soga. I was so sad and depressed after knowing her death in 2006 due to cancer. She passed away at the age of 68. I browsed through and watched some videos which her fans offered tributes to her. My tears just rolled like bubbled toothpaste.
I am going to miss her even when she is gone. Machiko Soga, your Rita Repulsa is my inspiration of acknowledging what a unique person I can be.
Mass Media and Society revision: Social Learning Theory --> "Television was a source of behavior modelling."
I don't know what am I talking about...ah...so depressing...
